Variety of options to make your audio play on demand
You won’t always want to have the audio on a continuous loop, so there are a variety of options to allow the initiation of the sound file. From buttons to pressure mats and infra red sensors – we can supply them all – for hire or purchase.

Buttons and pressure mats
The simplest is just a button linked to the media player, which activates the audio track selected. You can have multiple buttons activating differing files, allowing the listener to choose the relevant sound file themselves. Alternatively, if you want the activation to be more natural, a pressure mat will deliver the sound when stepped upon. The mats are thin so can be positioned beneath a carpet or vinyl floor plate.
Detect
Infra-red sensors
Infra red sensors (IR) continuously monitor the selected area, and when they detect movement in the space, activate the playing of the sound file. Sensors come in a few different sizes, both for more discreet installation and for an increased detection area.Some speakers can have these built in, if required, such as the Audio Spotlight AS-16iX and the AS-24iX.
